Shutdowns and modernization

  • Written outage plans reviewed with your facility team

  • Phased cutovers, one area at a time

  • Removal and labeling of abandoned equipment

Before you bid us

What general contractors ask first

Do you self-perform or subcontract?

Our own crews do the electrical work we bid. If a specialty such as fire alarm or telecom cabling is not ours, the bid names who does it.

Can you work nights and weekends?

Yes, when the shutdown plan calls for it. Shift hours and any premium time are written into the bid rather than added later.

Do you take unplanned service calls?

We run planned service agreements for owners whose buildings we built. We do not answer walk-up calls at night. Agreement customers get a dispatch number with its hours written into the agreement.

Have a set to price?

Send the drawings, specs and bid date to the estimating desk.
