A union shop built around the job schedule
We are 120 people in a shop on Smallman Street. Most of our work is for general contractors and owner's teams who have a date they cannot move.
That is why we keep foremen on a job from layout to closeout, build racks and assemblies in our own shop, and write the outage plan before we price it. Sadie McKinney still reads the estimating queue every morning.
